About Us
FoodFinders™ is led by Alan. S. Marmulstein, a seasoned foodservice industry veteran with over 25 years of experience in the foodservice industry, developing custom menu solutions and proprietary products for many of the nation’s Top “200” restaurant chains.
A background of several generations of bakery and restaurant business experience has given Alan the ability to understand the needs of restaurant operators.
He has also worked for some of the following food manufacturing companies prior to going out on his own and starting FoodFinders™ in 2004: Sara Lee Corporation, Campbell Soup Company, Stella/Saputo Cheese and Schwan’s Food Service.
Alan’s wife Jacky is Marketing Manager, and his brother, Chef Harold Marmulstein, provides consultation on menu and recipe development for the company, as well as clients and customers.
What Do We Do?
FoodFinders™ provides product solutions for chain restaurants customers for their menus. This includes:
- Presenting clients’ products and platforms that have application to customer menus.
- Developing custom proprietary products for customers, based upon their needs.
- Sourcing products for customers beyond our client base if current FoodFinders™ clients cannot meet specific customer product needs.
